INVESTMENT FOCUS
Businesses that are either defensible from AI or direct beneficiaries of it. Digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, crypto settlement rails, automation. We like founders who've built before and are building again.
Working ranches, hunting preserves, agricultural operations, and real estate. Properties with water, character, and multiple uses: ag income, conservation, recreation, and long-term real asset value.
Turnarounds, distressed situations, unconventional structures. We're comfortable where others aren't, and we have the flexibility to move on terms that make sense for both sides.
We're not developers and we're not flippers. Whether it's a company or a piece of land, we think in decades. We protect what we acquire and build on what's already there.
